The library accommodates full class bookings, and staff may reserve the space when they wish to run research lessons, independent study sessions, or other activities that benefit from a library environment.

During break and lunchtime, the library offers a relaxed, social, and safe space for students. They may enjoy quiet reading, play board games, or simply unwind. Computers are available during these times strictly for school-related work only.

At the end of the school day, the library hosts Homework Club, offering students a supportive environment to complete assignments, access resources, and receive help when needed.

The PSP helpdesk team is consistently friendly and approachable, which makes a real difference. No question ever feels too small or insignificant, and every query is met with a prompt, supportive response. I’ve never encountered any technical issues – only occasional ‘how do I…?’ moments – and each time, the team has guided me through clearly and patiently.

The availability of ongoing, free training is another huge advantage, ensuring I can continue to build my confidence and make the most of the system.
