Managing Director
I joined the Royal Navy straight from school, during which time I was fortunate to see a little bit of the world. After six years, I left and joined the family business, Plescon Ltd (as PSP was then), as a Warehouse Assistant – purely on a temporary basis, until I worked out what I wanted to do. Fast forward 27 years and I am still here. I’ve just about managed to do every possible role in the company within that time, to varying degrees of success!
Kevin Southgate
Senior Technical Manager
I started at PSP in 2007, joining as a trainee workshop technician. In that time, I’ve seen the products change from electromagnetic to HF RFID to UHF RFID and have enjoyed the challenge of learning the new technologies. In my spare time, I like sport, mainly watching nowadays, or running my kids to their clubs. I enjoy cooking for and spending time with friends and getting away on holiday somewhere hot to relax with a good book and ideally, a large Mojito!
Sara Rawe
Operations Support Manager
As the newbie at PSP, I’m finally beginning to (possibly) understand what I’m talking about! I enjoy customer service and hopefully, brightening our customers’ day with my friendly disposition! In my spare time, I enjoy catching up with the latest binge-able series or taking the dog for a walk. For stress relief, you’ll find me in the kitchen preparing a new recipe to try out on the family – often much to their displeasure!
Sally Hunt
Office Administrator
I have been at PSP for over 10 years now and feel very lucky that I love my job. I had a long career in banking before I became a stay-at-home mum so I naturally slotted into the finance and administration role I currently undertake. Music is my love in life and when I am not dreaming of or booking a holiday abroad, I appear to have developed a fondness for jigsaw puzzles to while away those cold winter months.
