About Your Library
We have been using the Infiniti library management system for 4 years at Ricards Lodge High School. We are a highly successful girls’ comprehensive school in Wimbledon. Our library serves a diverse community of students aged 11-18. We have intentionally designed the library to be the hub of the community – a safe, welcoming and calm environment, which is zoned to create space for a variety of needs. It is a place where students can find a quiet spot for immersive reading, dedicated zones for study both independently and together, and a supportive atmosphere for research. Aside from this, it is a space where students feel comfortable and at home.

Even with all the digital changes and AI nowadays, we’ve made a point of keeping a good balance between the tech we use and real human interaction. At Ricards Lodge, we (the librarians) are the main ones using Infiniti, which is a conscious choice to keep face-to-face communication at the centre of library life.

These features are exceptionally user-friendly and provide the precise data we need to maintain an up-to-date and relevant collection. It really helps us keep the library running smoothly.
Advice to Other School Libraries
I would recommend Infiniti. It’s a brilliant, modern system that actually fits with how a busy school library works today. It’s really helped us to be able to invest our time in all aspects of our library, knowing that behind the scenes, things are being professionally monitored. We love our library at Ricards Lodge and Infiniti has played an important role in us being able to keep on top of the changing role of our space within the school community.
