How would you rate the overall condition of the loan unit when you received it?
5 stars! The unit was clean and properly prepared for use. It worked fine, but I did require some technical assistance from the PSP team.
What was the problem and was it resolved quickly and efficiently?
It wasn’t really a problem. The first time we loaned the scanner, we had some questions about the transfer of data. Our questions were answered immediately and clearly by PSP’s technical support consultants.
Was the unit easy to install or set up?
Yes, the instructions provided were extremely clear, detailed, and helpful.
How satisfied were you with the loan process?
We were very satisfied with the loan and return process. We will continue to hire the eRLS scanner annually as we can’t fault it. The process is clear, postage is fast, and everything works well.
